Fourth webinar in the "Certification in Data Protection" series
We would like to invite you to participate in the next webinar in the "Certification in Data Protection" series, which will be held on 27 March 2024 (Wednesday), at 10.00 a.m. via the Personal Data Protection Office's website - link to broadcast:
In addition to employees of the Personal Data Protection Office from the Codes and Certification Department, the event will be attended by a representative of the Polish Centre for Accreditation, which, in accordance with Article 12 of the Act of 10 May 2018 on the Protection of Personal Data (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 1781), will provide accreditation to certification bodies.
The following topics will be discussed at the upcoming event:
- What are the certification criteria.
- How certification criteria should be prepared - discussion on the example of the certification criteria approved by the European Data Protection Board.
- The object of the EDPB's opinion on the certification criteria under Article 64 of the GDPR.
Moreover, we would like to inform all those interested in the topic of certification that recordings of previous meetings and the content of the Additional Accreditation Requirements for Certification Bodies approved under 8 December 2023 by the President of the Personal Data Protection Office are available on the Certification tab.
