AI and cybersecurity will be the subject of the Social Insurance Institution’s and UODO's seminars

The seminar "Time of challenges – designing AI systems and implementing NIS2 in the organisation" will be held on October 9, 2024, from 10.00 a.m. to 2.00 p.m. at the headquarters of the Social Insurance Institution branch in Chorzów at 45 Generała Henryka Dąbrowskiego Street. This is the third meeting in a series of four events related to the subject of personal data protection, which are organised by the Social Insurance Institution in cooperation with the Personal Data Protection Office.

During the event, issues related to the obligations of data controllers in the context of designing artificial intelligence (AI) systems and adapting organisations in the field of cybersecurity to the requirements of the NIS2 Directive will be discussed. This event will also be an opportunity to present the possibilities and ways of using AI in public administration and other institutions.

The guests will be welcomed by Konrad Komornicki, Deputy President of the Personal Data Protection Office, and Zbigniew Derdziuk, President of the Social Insurance Institution. The meeting will be attended by eminent experts and academic lecturers, representatives of the Personal Data Protection Office and the Social Insurance Institution.

Participation in the seminar is free of charge, however, due to the limited number of seats in the room, prior registration is required.
