President of the Personal Data Protection Office at the 5th Business Conference for Entrepreneurs
During the 5th edition of this event, participants discussed cyber threats to business and society, as well as the use of artificial intelligence and innovation in business. Speakers presented tools safeguarding organisations against cyberattacks, as well as those used for cyber resilience activities. There was also a space for discussion about the use of AI systems in education, including training for business. The event was held under the Honorary Patronage of the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
The conference was concluded with an expert debate entitled: “Gen AI in business. Automation. Personalisation. Security’, in which the President of the Personal Data Protection Office participated. The discussion panel aimed at answering many questions, including: Is generative AI a revolution or a threat to the customer relationship? Is generative AI changing the way brands communicate with consumers? Does this technology actually improve the customer experience, or does it make interactions less authentic? Do customers prefer to interact with AI or with humans? How to maintain the human dimension of communication in automation?
"We listen to the entrepreneurs’ voice. It is very important to be in constant contact with the market and learn about new solutions and trends. For the supervisory authority, the most important aspect is to provide guarantees for the protection of personal data in the creation and application of such solutions. Another very important issue is to raise awareness concerning personal data protection in organisations at the level of high management. The conference was a great opportunity to emphasise the position of the President of the Personal Data Protection Office in this regard" – noted Mirosław Wróblewski.
