Public consultation on the draft Code dedicated to innovative pharmaceutical companies

The Employers' Union of Innovative Pharmaceutical Companies INFARMA is launching a public consultation process on the draft Code in the area of personal data processing by innovative pharmaceutical companies.

As part of the consultation process, it is planned to hold meetings for various stakeholder groups. The first meeting will take place on 4 June 2025, from 10:00-12:00. It is addressed to representatives of clinical research centres and researchers. It will take place on-line.

The content of the Code and the details of the consultation, including the procedure for submitting comments, will be available on the INFARMA website under the ‘GDPR Code’ tab (https://www.infarma.pl/).

Further meetings are also planned. Their deadline has not yet been set.
