
Another seminar of the Personal Data Protection Office and the Social Insurance Institution
The Personal Data Protection Office and the Social Insurance Institution invite you to the next edition of the series of jointly organised expert seminars, which are to bring the subject of personal data protection in public activity closer. This time we will meet in Rzeszów to discuss new challenges in dealing with customers.
Seminar entitled "Technological revolution in customer relations. How to build technological solutions in accordance with the principles of personal data protection" will take place on 2 October at the University of Rzeszów (A1 building at 16C Rejtana Avenue, Stanisław Zając Auditorium) from 10.00 a.m. to 2.30 p.m.
The meeting will be held in the formula of three panels:
- Panel I: Personalisation and privacy: how to find a balance in the relationship with the customer?
- Panel II: Modern technologies in customer service: how to design GDPR-compliant processes
- Panel III: Practice and legal aspects in the light of the development of new technologies – challenges in contact with clients
The heads of key departments of the Social Insurance Institution, representatives of the Personal Data Protection Office and the Social Team of Experts at the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, personal data protection inspectors, specialists in cybersecurity and artificial intelligence, lawyers and managers were invited to the discussion.
The event is organised by Social Insurance Institution and the Personal Data Protection Office. The patrons of the event are NASK – National Research Institute and the University of Rzeszów.

Participation in the seminar is free of charge, but requires prior registration via the form available on the ZUS website. Registration is open until September 30.
