The President of the Personal Data Protection Office congratulated the new Ombudsman

On 30 July 2026, Mirosław Wróblewski, President of the Personal Data Protection Office, congratulated Sylwia Gregorczyk-Abram on her appointment as Ombudsman.

During the meeting, discussions centred on possible areas of cooperation between the Ombudsman and the President of the Personal Data Protection Office in the field of fundamental rights, including the right to privacy and the protection of personal data.

Both sides expressed their willingness to continue the dialogue on matters of mutual interest to both institutions.
