Who and how should protect the patient's personal data? Invitation to the webinar

The protection of patients’ personal data and the procedures to be followed in the event of a breach is always an extremely important topic, especially in the light of the series of recent incidents. In these cases, the Personal Data Protection Office not only conducts administrative proceedings, but also trains and supports. We invite you to the webinar ‘Personal data protection in healthcare providers – obligations of suppliers, processors, controllers and patients’ rights’.

Only in recent weeks, after a series of leaks related to Polish medical data, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office announced inspections not only in MyDr (https://uodo.gov.pl/pl/138/4540) or Qbusoft (https://uodo.gov.pl/pl/138/4585), but also ordered additional inspections to be carried out in healthcare sector entities (https://uodo.gov.pl/pl/138/4570).

Recently, the Personal Data Protection Office organised a training for directors of medical institutions (https://uodo.gov.pl/pl/138/4604) and now invites you to the webinar ‘Protection of personal data in medical facilities – obligations of suppliers, processors, controllers and patients’ rights’.
